The Seven Minute Mindfulness program was created by mindfulness enthusiast Greg Thurston, in collaboration with Scott Mason and personal development publishing company Unica Publications.
The aim is to help people relax, release stress, and enjoy a better quality of life by making mindfulness based practices easily accessible for everyone.
Both Greg and Scott have a very personal connection to mindfulness.
Greg started meditating to help his university studies and overcome an physical complication from birth, while improving his sport. After his initial experience with meditation, Greg explored more and more of the mindfulness world; travelling to many countries, learning about different mindfulness practices, and meeting others who have benefited from holistic practices.
Scott was in a serious car accident that put him in a coma and nearly killed him, and used mindfulness practices to overcome many physical and mental barriers during and after his recovery.
